Day for trying new things.

Its seems the little band of three, Findecano, Xandora, and myself were up for testing the waters on several new things today. While passing some time in the early part of the day we headed to the Tomb to try to obtain some Eye's that we needed for a quest for the Optical Hat. Fin had already acquired his, and it was just Xan and I left. Well we got them! After that, we were feeling a little adven turious and headed to Sea Serpents Grotto to try to find a different type of eye needed. Although we didn’t get the eyes we were after, we did come across this nasty looking beastie. I will have to say I am impressed with Fin's bravery on this battle. I didn’t think we were going to engage it at first, but I think if we would have passed I would have given him grief all day over it. It took a moment of coaxing from Xan and I bef ore we were swinging dagger and pole arm against the tyrant. After the eye hunting was over and short rest we decided to head off to Aht Urhgan to gain some experience from the Sea Puks and Mamool Ja. This tedious task too many hours and left us quiet drained. After reviewing our progress and see how well we are coming along, we were gifted with a second wind. The need for adventure hit us hard, and we attempted to do something we have never done before... Assault. We claimed our orders, which were to clear out a small cave of some ugly worms. This tasked, being followed by all of today's previous events proved to taxing. We attempted the mission 3 times, and learned our short comings. Although we were unsuccessful in finishing the Assault mission, we gained an upper hand in learning our performance strengths... and our weakness'. Don’t worry, we will be back and next time, those worms better dig a little deeper to hide from the terrible threesome.

(OUT OF CHAR) - Sorry Tabby for getting you killed, I adjusted my filters, I have no excuse other than it was late. Nat and Neil, if I let you all down during assault I am sorry, but the third go around I was just ready to call it quits. I was getting really tired. I am glad KF made it to the conversation today; I really would like to get him to level and party with us. Never minding his timid quietness, he always has something clever to say at the right moments. All and all I had a blast today on the game. I really enjoy trying new things and we did just that. I am looking forward to tomorrow’s adventure which I plan to post on. Till then, get off of my blog.
