Around the world

Been a few since my last post. Had a lot of ups and downs and arounds and stuff. Xan got sick which really slowed things down. I bought FFXII and played that for a while. Now things are picking back up... so whats happened to the loveable thief Spiyre since the last post? Quite a bit. Well... where should I start?

OPTICAL HAT
I got my Optical Hat. After Fin and Xan logged one night Hydroponic sent me a tell. He said 15/18 optical hats done. Can you come help with the rest? I said can I get mine? He said sure. So I went. Thanks to Badkitty and Pheonix for the little extra at the end. I didnt want to wear it after I got it because I felt bad Fin and Xan werent there. I wanted to wait till they got theirs. The next day we set up a run. Everything looked good, we had 18+ people, stunners, healers, DD and tanks... first run, I screwed it up when I said Call for help on the add and it oranged the Hakutaku... wipe. Xan gave her cluster to Phats. 2nd run we dropped it like a ton of bricks. It was easy. 3rd run, Fins go. I dont know what the hell happened but everyone decided to go afk 2 seconds after it was spawned. Stunners were not stunning, tanks could not get hate cause they were dead. We wiped and it was sad. Never been so pissed in my life. Tried to work a deal with Xishi to get some new clusters but it fell through. Will try it again some other time.

SKY ACCESS
Well this was just kinda tossed in my lap. I was about to start shouting for a party to burn some time. Trying to finish what every long ended quest I could when I get a tell from someone asking me if I wanted to do some Zilart stuff. I said cool, and before I know it. Zilart 6-13 done in a day. I can go to sky, which is a big deal I guess. Had sky for about 3 weeks now and have not entered yet.

LEVELING
YAY! We are exping again and it is going great. Avging about 7-9k an hour and been lucky on the bards. We made lv73, all within about 3 mobs of each other. Then Xan and I lost it :(. Then we got it back again!!! So now we are more than 1/2 through 73 with great hopes and dreams of see 74 before Saturday's dynamis.

DYNAMIS NIGHT 04-07
04 - Dont remember much of it. It was Dynamis Sandy so I went money. I think I got 14 coins and sold em all for 20k each. Made some money at least. Oh yeah. Now I remember. Xan and Fin were not there. We got the win! First win with our Dynamis Shell. It was actually kinda cool till the over zelious Keithe decided to pull every damn mob that was left for fun... we wiped after we won.
05 - Did Sandy again. This time I played as Fin cause he was still at Xannies and they both needed the win. I am not a big fan of Dragoon. Not saying its a bad job, just saying I dont like having to watch my flying lizards health, and it seems a bit slow. I dont know about the long game with it either... with THF I can do a lot of different stuff like coffer hunting, farming, sneakysneaky questing, as Dragoon, I just dont see all those things happening as much. Oh well, each his own, guess thats why I am not a Dragoon and Finny is lol.
06 - Xannie and I tonight. Fin had class in the morning. We did Jeuno tonight. It was WACK! Had like 18ppl show and spirits were low from the start. Aiden quit for a while and it was quite depressing. People were going AFK after entering... wtf is up with that? Well we didnt get the win or even close and about 1/2 through Keithe started having a nervious breakdown.
07 - So much better this time. We didnt get the Jeuno win but damn we did a lot better. Drops were shit, 3 SAM, 2 DRK, and 1 BRD. But spirits were so could. Felt like nothing could break us. We will get the win! Had a bunch of new people come with us a stuff so it was cool. We may be merging with another LS under our name. Its an issue of time atm, but I hope it get sorted.

GOLDSMITHING
With Xan dying I needed to find a way to pass some time besides FFXII. I started goldsmithing, in honor of my GF Kat who sells Jewlery for a living. I like it a lot, but its expensive. Droped over a million gil already. I have made more back but it was so slow for a while. I spent like 4 hours one night making silver ingots even though I was way over capped on em and made like 300k profit. Used that on Mythril and now I am at 48 which is high enough to start gold. Currently at 16k guild points, need 70k for my specticals. Will get there soon enough I think.

GARDENING
Well 54 Cuttings and 26 Sapplings and I thought I was going to be taking a huge loss. 18 Sapplings produced crap, cinny sticks which Fin and Xan got a good laugh at, and 200k in gold leafs which barely covered cost of Cuttings. Cuttings produced about 60 Sapplings which fetched me about 500k. Only sold them because I decided to go for coins on the next harvest, which is in 5 days. All hope was lost till my last mule decided to finally bloom. 30 fucking days btw, for sapplings with no crystals fed. It was worth it, made almost 600k on the harvest. Fetched a light ore! 350k, sold in less time than it took to put it on the AH and then run to MH. Well after this I was at about 1mil agil. Still short for the Scorpion Harness.

MOOGLEASSASSINS
Home. We are small, we are broken, we are a family. Shizuha joined us and so did a couple of other new people. Mississippi and Chocobo boy lol. Tristyn is leaving the game in a few months to go to WoW, he will see the light some day I think. We even have our forums up now. www.moogleassassins.tk Check it out. Once we have 10 or so active members I have some big plans for PR and stuff. I wanna compete against other guilds in Balista and stuff. Should be fun.

SCORPION HARNESS
Yep. Just got it this morning. Emp Hairpin sold for 1.37 mil and I bought the Harness from Miarge for 1.3mil. 400k less than the going rate at the AH. Kinda happy about that. Now I just need to find a DAT to replace it. Oh speaking of DAT. Nat has the best hair on right now I think. So stick with it please. Fin made me some bad ass Tattoo's for my Peti. I look so fucking tough with them, but now I am gonna beg him to do something with this scorpion harness.
